Queuing Welcome to Star Citizen… Your current position in the queue is 238. Listen to ethereal music and watch the number slowly descend. Are you relaxing now to enter one of the many exciting game loops below? Romance Wait, why is there another player in my spawn room? They are in their underwear! I do not remember last night?! OMG, did I have a one-night stand? Now choose… should you quickly leave or make a friend request? Who Gets an Elevator OK, excited to get to your ship and begin your adventure? You click the elevator button several times – you’re excited. Nothing happens. And who is "Cpt*KillMeNowPlease" and why do I want to go to their hangar? Wait, wasn’t Cpt*KillMeNowPlease in my room earlier? How did they get here before me? Hmm, try another elevator and click multiple times. Wait, Cpt*KillMeNowPlease is the choice here, too?! Are there other players near you doing the same? Welcome, you’ve now entered “Who Gets an Elevator.” Elevator Ride Isn’t the interior of this elevator cool? You click on your small hangar, but Pad 04 gets highlighted. Wait, did you click on your hangar, or did you click on Pad 04? At Pad 04, you look to see if your ship is there. The fleet manager said to go to your small hangar but explore the empty corridors of Pad 04. Done exploring, now go to your hangar. Wait, sure, you explored this level thoroughly? OK, go back to the lobby and try again. In the lobby, you can reengage in this loop or go back to "Who Gets an Elevator." OR… you get to your hangar… wait, where’s my ship? You go to the fleet manager, and it states you need to claim your ship because it was on Pad 04. Are you even trying? Select the claim option and enter the “Claim Your Ship” loop. Claim Your Ship Have you stored your ship correctly or not? It may not matter as you enter this challenging loop. We're glad you got that expensive ship – you wait longer! Congrats, you decide to expediate your claim – big spender! Still have 15 minutes? Go to the Galleria because your health is getting low. Wait, is there a free can of soda on the counter? Grab it and see if you can drink it! (Bonus if you find a floor hotdog!) Enter the mini-game, “The Drinking Game”. Properly, cycle through helmet equip and then drink your beverage… Do you still have your beverage? Now drink. Was that enough? Try again. But dispose of the bottle first. Can you place it nicely, throw it or is there magical glue that causes a bright flash on your screen with the can still in your hand? There’s a gun on the floor. Can you get it into inventory? OK, somehow, 45 minutes have passed, and you did not need to expedite your ship! Now, head to the elevators; wait… will you enter one of the other exciting elevator game loops? You make it to your hangar and retrieve your ship… wait, you wanted it delivered adequately. You did not specify to deliver your ship on its landing gears. You can play “Existentialship” or continue the “Claim Your Ship” loop. Existentialship Click on ladder/elevator/ramp, but if no one is around, is there really a button to push? You can try many different positions to click. Hey, try right-clicking. Is there another entrance, if so you may exit this loop or not. Perhaps the server instance has an issue, so you log out, and later, you may accept that this ship may or may not exist or even the reality of your existence. Cargo Tango Quantanium is not the only time-sensitive cargo item. You know there are many game loops, and through chance, you could successfully contract, load, and deliver cargo. First, play the mini-game “Contract or Not to Contract” and check if cargo missions are available in the MobiGlass. No missions available – try turning your MobiGlass Off and On repeatedly. Doesn’t work. You could log off and re-enter the “Queue Game” loop? If you are the chosen one, you can open contracts and you can select multiple contracts to create the perfect modern day “Silk Road”, because you are smart! OK, now go to the freight elevator. Wait, the cargo is not in the warehouse? Perhaps you’re not the chosen one! Or perhaps you are, and you have cargo to load. Congratulations, you get to play the various mini-game “Cargo Tetris.” Here are the game modes: Easy: Starlancer MAX (new pledge, we’ll cuddle you for now) Normal: Cutlass, Cutter, etc. (established players) Challenge: Zeus (Sure, it can fit 128 SCU, but can YOU fit it?) Impossible: C2 Hercules (Ramp will push ship to ceiling, because why not!) Game Playthrough Congratulations, you have been randomly picked to have all the features work for this instance. However, you will randomly be thrown into other game loops on some other cases so that you can truly appreciate this game play-through. Let us explain 4.0 Preview with a definition: Preview: an inspection or viewing of something before it is bought or becomes generally known and available. Should this be available to all and at all times – well, how much would that be worth if there’s no scarcity? Agoraphobia You fear all the new game loops, so you bed-log out on your ship. You may think this is your safe space, but we’ll randomly put you into one of the above game loops! We feel you should not miss out on this new exciting game loops!
