First issue: Contract Manager is rough on a good day. The hauling missions are probably my main gameplay currently, but the Contract Manager UI becomes heavily cluttered as players unlock higher reputation tiers. The list gets flooded with obsolete lower-tier missions, making it difficult to find the higher-level missions and nearly impossible to find optimal routes. I propose adding a dedicated filter system to the Contract Manager. Recommended Filters: Reputation Rank: Checkboxes to hide specific tiers like Trainee, Rookie, Junior, etc. Cargo Volume (SCU): Min/max sliders to match ship capacity and avoid 16 SCU missions in a large freighter. ---- or implementing the ability to merge containers into 1 so we don't need to move a dozen 1 SCU boxes. Payout Range (aUEC): Min/max sliders to set baseline income requirements. Route Complexity: Toggles to sort by Direct Route vs. Multi-stop. Location: Dropdowns for specific planetary systems, Specific ports, or a simple " Pickup from Current Location" toggle. A "Saved Presets" feature would also be a massive quality-of-life improvement. When coordinating logistics and group hauling sessions for Orbital Command, loading standard operational parameters instantly would save us a lot of time. Adding a filter button next to the "Verified" toggle that opens a temporary parameter pane would keep the UI clean while providing this needed functionality. Second Issue: Crew - inability to share higher rep missions. Additionally, high-end cargo haulers need Crew... This issue is often that these people have no Reputation with Convelex or other hauling, and the missions are unable to be shared with them. Sure, higher-level missions would power-level them through the low-level reputation, but that could be countered with a faction-specific mission completion-based currency. Similar to how EVE Online runs its Faction stores, where you build up rep points and buy items from them by converting them. So they would have the rep but not the points from the full grind. And most importantly would allow them to make progress, get payouts, and earn rep while working hauling as a profession. This is a huge need. Third Issue: Mission Availability This is a super easy fix; there just needs to be way more contracts overall. Like you unlock Senior level, and there are maybe 4 missions total across all 3 hauling categories. There should be dozens of options at every level at all times.
