Hundreds of people cant log in and there is no information about the issue. Opening a ticket doesn’t get a reply for days, the helpful people in player support cant help and CIG seem to be posting all is well on the server maintenance. None of the suggested fixes or workarounds actually work, we cant log in some people for days some since this maintenance, can we get some insight on what if anything is being done and when we might be able to log in again? Search issues council there are now multiple issues raised that count to over a thousand requests and cries for help that have no response after a week.
