Crashes. Nerfed economy. Expedite Fees. Crashes. Crashes. With everything going on in 3.1, I'm out for now. Without the ability to earn generous amounts of money, there's no way to test the service beacons, call my ship when the client or server inevitably crashes after 15 minutes, or generally care about the work I put into it. Of course, supporting the game's development can sometimes be frustrating when encountering bugs and crashes, but now we also have to deal with bad gameplay design decisions. I've always been an advocate of open game development, and with all the additional content on YouTube and community involvement, CIG is doing everything right. But if a company asks us to test their product for, us even paying them for that, the least we can expect, is to be given all the tools necessary to do so. I'm even going as far as saying that this should always and in every decision made during Star Citizen and Squadron 42's development be THE highest priority. I admire CIG for their vision, and the courage to include the community in its conception. But with that comes an obligation. As soon as you charge money for a product, as unfinished as it might be, you should be held to the same standards as any other company selling a product. With that said, CIG, you always thank us for contributing to this project. Saying that this would not be possible without that. Please keep that in mind, always. I know, that everyone is giving his or her suggestions on how to fix the current design issues, and I have my own thoughts on that. But you are the gameplay designers, you are the developers. I still have trust in you to get it right. but please, please don't get ahead of yourself. Expedite fees have NO place in the game at its current state. Who thought that was a priority for 3.1? From what I've gathered from most people, performance was the most pressing issue and I wouldn't be here, writing this, if that worked out. Lower FPS that the latest 3.0.1 build and more crashes in 36 hours than I ever had to endure during the entire 3.0 run. Please focus on that. A basis, a foundation on which to build. The first step is to make your game work, THEN make the content in it work. And we haven't seen the first step be succesfully implemeted yet. And at this point I'm only going to start to ramble, so I'll leave it at that. Please keep us posted regularly how your progress is going on stability patches and the removal of expedite fees!
