You all need to disable the insurance claims immediately. The server crashes a couple of times and now I have to wait a couple of hours to play. That is some BS! This feature should be tested in Beta when server/client issues are ironed out and the game doesn't crash randomly. I think you (CIG) are getting way ahead of yourself with this insurance crap. Ya, it works, we get charged when we lose our ship. now turn it off so we can help you test this buggy game. I can't help test if I have to wait hours between 10 minute play sessions.
