When 3.2 was first release, server stutter was at a minimum, barely noticed it. However, over the last few days it seems the server stutter has been progressively getting worse. My FPS are good, 30+, but the server stutter tonight was up to a one second pause every 5 to 15 seconds. That's terrible and no fun to play.
