Greetings, We have been hearing numerous reports of servers stalling, resulting in the trains/sky buses freezing in place, elevators freezing and/or not opening, mission updates not working, ASOP terminals not working, ect. After a few moments, the game will suddenly update and recover. We would like your help tracking this nasty issue down. If you have any video showing this problem, please post it below with which server region you were on and the approximate time this occurred (please list time zone).
