Hello, Please update the RSI status page for services https://status.robertsspaceindustries.com/ to include actual performance data. It currently does not mirror actual performance and availability, as right now the PU should be marked 'degraded' as its nearly unplayable across regions. I'm guessing that someone actually has to update this by hand, and you're not automating any of the performance and status in a way that is public facing. But the database servers are apparently dead or under such a load that while you can log in, your character won't load for ages, the servers are hitting server error and 30King out, and if you make it to ASOP or an inventory panel, inventory wont load and ships cannot be called or stored (have a ship in 'unknown' state despite storing it and watching it the entire time before logging out to switch regions due to 30k issues) [Edit] Also, a tie in to the MOTD for Spectrum would be nice for when things are degraded. That way you don't have to manually update that as well, and your clients aren't all in there speculating as to if you all are even aware.
