As a previous project manager, operations manager, service desk manager and an engineer, is there ANYONE on your staff of 400-500 employees that knows how to prioritize problems? 3+ months and you are asking people to sit 20 mins staring at a screen waiting for their ship to respawn? (or they can just quit). So I spin up a game instance. Join the game, get my ship (freelancer) and BAM, no doors or engines. (this bug is over 3 months old). I only have 1 aUEC and I am not waiting 17 mins for my ship (as I don't have enough for expedited insurance claim). Okay spawn one of my useless ships and then respawn my freelancer ... same problem so quit game. Which also means that the instance numbers you are seeing ARE NOT ACCURATE because people are quitting the game. I am 10 for 10 on this bug. 10 days trying, 10 days quitting within minutes because of it. Which means your constant 10 FPS will STILL BE A PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN INCOMPLETE DATA SET TO PLAN/ENGINEER/TEST AGAINST (i hope someone on your staff is competent enough to deduce this problem before you claim lag should be much better, because culling isn't going to save everything if 25% of people are leaving because they dont want to wait ~20 mins to play) Current bugs in the state of the game, cause lost cargo so much so that MANY PLAYERS end up with 1aUEC. You should probably pull your database to actually get the % of this. Even if you only spend half your wad, it's still very easy to end up with 1aUEC. Even with 3 ships, I have only 1 that can actually generate aUEC by transport missions (because you can actually CARRY cargo onto the ship, unlike fighters with 2 cargo spots on it) so I don't have to wait 17 mins + lag time. Even with a fighter I couldn't shoot down a hot air balloon IN SPACE. I am not yelling but I have no idea how some/any project manager for any development house would still have a job doing such a poor job of prioritizing the time of "bug smashers" or development teams. If you plan 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 all with incomplete data, you'll NEVER hit beta status and will be chasing bugs until that sweet sweet money goes up in flames. It's just illogical business and I wanted to express that.
