Hello, I’m posting here because I’m facing an issue that I believe many players are experiencing today. I play (or rather try to play) using Shadow PC, not for convenience, but because I simply cannot afford to buy a gaming tower powerful enough to run Star Citizen. A cloud PC is currently the only realistic way for me to access this kind of game. Unfortunately, Star Citizen refuses to launch because Shadow is detected as a virtual machine. I completely understand the concerns related to anti-cheat and security, but in practice, this excludes many players for purely financial or hardware-related reasons. Shadow is not a cheating tool: it is a full Windows PC rented remotely, used by students, people with limited incomes, or players who don’t have the ability to invest in high-end hardware. I simply wanted to raise this point, as cloud gaming and remote PCs are becoming more and more common, and it would be a shame if part of the community were permanently blocked for this reason. Is there any discussion or reflection ongoing about this topic? For example: future support for cloud gaming, or a solution involving certified providers? Thank you for taking the time to read this message, and thank you for the tremendous work you are doing on Star Citizen. Kind regards, A motivated player, but without a gaming PC
