[edited the title] Sometimes I just want to do a quick check about what outpost is nearby, or where I can go. But every time I aim towards an outpost, the automatic calibration starts and it changes my ships HUD to the calibration circle so I can't see my speed or altitude, even though I don't want to QT! I'm just checking how far away I am from the outpost. So my suggestion is: ·Press "B" to just spool the QT while showing all the waypoints. (Short press "B" again to end spool.) ·Then press and hold "B" to start calibration. ·Now you need to aim your ship's head to the waypoint you want to go. ·After calibration is finished, press and hold "B" to engage the Quantum Drive. For example, here I'm just checking how far away Yela is. I don't need the calibration until I really make the decision to go there!
