FOR too long the idris has remained soloable, and for too long have bobs piloted them without care. They care not for game balance, they care not for skilled PVP, they only want to make the game more miserable for everyone else. The only reason people want the idris to remain soloable is because they are not skilled enough to fly a fighter. These changes in 4.8 will balance the game and make it so there are not pay to win railguns everywhere. Not even with 5 billion AUEC can I buy an idris and as to why? Because it has appeased the solo bobdris pilots of this game. That also brings me to the point that we should all have our accounts wiped of their AUEC. Only THEY can have the solo idris, not people who don't want to waste thousands of dollars on the game. The idris railgun no longer being able to be duped will help resolve this issue as well as it being nerfed in bullet velocity. People don't want balance they want solo bobdris. CIG nerfed bombs because they were an effective counter against the solo idris, and heaven forbid people use a skilled tactic such as hitting a moving target with an unguided bomb. Most people wouldn't crew the idris even if the turrets were good, they just want to fly it solo. Thou shalt have nerfed idris.
