Still no confirmation or the slightest acknowledgement on if the hull scrape rates being 2x - 3x slower is intentional or not. Hundreds of people not happy with it. I get the hull-c and current cargo problems are a bigger issue to get fixed, but how is there not one little BIP of information as to what went into the vulture having such low hull scrape rates suddenly? EDIT: this has been fixed in the PTU.8728532. Not listed anywhere but can confirm with ingame testing.
