The new flight mechanics literally just screw over keyboard players. Now not only is adjusting ship speed significantly slower at least for me it is before i could simply scroll down quick and bring my ships speed to 0 very fast. Now that you have to hold alt and do it, it just seems to move WAY slower. Not only that but every single time you adjust your speed it changes your weapons and it makes no sense. The system was fine before you're over complicating and making thing annoying af frankly for no reason. If you're going to do things like this you should at least test it on keyboard and mouse first. Not everyone has $200 to throw down on a joystick and not everyone wants to. Just another way this game is starting to be kept behind a paywall even the flying is starting to become inoperable with keyboard and mouse. Forcing people to buy a joystick setup. CIG please fix this and start testing the game with keyboard and mouse as well cause i'm sure if you did you would've noticed changing speed also changes your guns.
