Very much a rant, so feel free to ignore or otherwise move on... just want to get this off my chest. Today I put a good amount of time in testing Wave1, making videos for reproduction of issues, thoroughly searching for existing issues, and created new tickets where applicable. It took a few hours, but something I truly feel is an important bit of dedication "for the better good" of the game/community. Doing my part as a citizen if you will. But nearly all my tickets from today, some of which have gotten verification already, are also being tagged as duplicates. But they are being duplicated against Evocati IC tickets which we have no access to. So they do not show in searches at all and the duplicated links provided give the access denied error message. Getting your tickets marked duplicate when no such ticket actually exists at the Wave# levels just really grates. So in short, I have wasted a lot of time and effort in the creating and documenting of the issues I have submitted. It is really painful and a real negative experience in being that "good citizen". Please CIG... this really makes me feel like a laboured mule... no rewards, no appreciation, no thanks, and simply a re-occurrence of a bad taste in the mouth. I am sure I am not the only one. In short, can you seriously try to respect those of us who do try... just a little bit? We will, or I will at least, try to keep up the good fight and be a good citizen. I honestly don't care about rewards or stats... I just want to see an end product that is good.
