Is this bug so tricky to fix? I have no idea if the people who could fix this bug have no time for it or if it is not fixable under the current circumstances. But it would be nice if there would be a tiny piece of communications about it. Like: under investigation. As other tickets. Or: noticed but not on the priority list or something else. Thank you. EDIT: After this post I lost the weapon of my Inferno. Claiming, a repair and any other action didn't work. So my ship have 0 weapons now. And because you cant buy these weapons I cant fix it. If I want my two ships back, I have to reset my account. Every time.
