BLUF: Spectrum should be more integrated with the Issue Council (IC) to enhance and encourage IC ticket creation and discussion. (Atlassian product relationships) BACKGROUND: I've noticed a lot of people on Spectrum either don't know about or don't bother to go to the issue council to talk about problems they've found in the alpha. The IC could really be enhanced by a connection to Spectrum, a la the way of Jira and Confluence. Currently to reference an IC Ticket the user has to leave the forum, search for the IC ticket on a separate website, and paste the entire link into the post. IDEA: Ability to search and call to Issue Council Tickets from within the forums.
