I found a huge problem with the current new Spectrum system. There are no tools available to help us smaller orgs to get in contact with our offline org members. I hoping that this is a temporary thing and will to change in the near future. But the DEVS of Spectrum need to understand that many of us small orgs do not have the necessary tools to contact our offline members like huge mega orgs do. We rely heavily on you to provide us with whatever tools you can give us. Spectrum DEVS, give us something to use so we can contact our offline members soon. Otherwise how do you expect us on how to get the messages out about some of the awesome stuff CGI is doing?
