Click/Tap "APPLY ALL CHANGES" Button at the bottom, below the "Signature" text box. Go to your Citizen Dossier, check the Avatar's status. Go to the Issue Council Site: https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/ and check the Avatar status in the upper right. Go to Spectrum: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC and check the Avatar status in the upper left. What Happened The avatar was successfully applied to the RSI Account and the main website, but refuses to apply to the Spectrum website. In addition, Issue Council is having problems where the avatars are becoming broken. What should have Happened The Avatar should have applied to Spectrum and the Issue Council appropriately. Workaround None.
