Just tried clocking the Upgrade function on the RN and it doesn't come up right. So I went to Ship Upgrades and tried searching for all cyclones to upgrade to. Nothing. I'd call that a bug: Either they were meant to be upgraded and aren't or they aren't meant to be upgraded and yet still have the upgrade button.
