Apparently, there is a new bug. While it is not exactly Spectrum, there is no feedback section for the RSI website itself - i.e. the place where organizations are located. Since an organization page is a pretty important community feature, I believe this subject deserves attention. The problem: Star Citizen website no longer allows organization founders and officers to change ranks in their organizations. This issue is new, and has not been a problem before. Previously, when it worked properly, a founder or officer could have changed organization ranks by simply typing the name of a new rank into one of six available text boxes that correspond with six ranks visible on the org page (Admin > Settings > Titles). Upon saving a new rank name, the website used to give you a green notification that changes have been saved, and they were saved properly (changes occurred immediately, no delays). Now there is a problem: upon attempting to save changes, the aforementioned green message either does not appear at all and no changes to ranks occur, OR the message sometimes appears, but no changes occurs anyway. We have repeatedly tested (today, a week before, and a month before) this on two different organization pages: 1) on one org page (created in 2020), no ranks can be changed at all 2) on another org page (created in 2022) all ranks, except 2-star one, can sometimes be changed, but other times they don't change, i.e. it's extremely inconsistent. Workarounds: None found We attempted to change each rank separately, or remove them all and replace them all simultaneously, but nothing helped. Whatever we do, in case 1) no rank can be changed, while in case 2) only some ranks can sometimes be changed. No clear pattern affecting this process has been determined so far.
