I have just melted the upgraded Lightspeed LTI package and wanted to rebuy it, to play around with 350R before I upgrade it with store credits during the expo. At first, I couldn't use store credits to get it back, but then when I visited the account from the launcher browser because that's what was written as a solution here on forums, it completely disappeared from my buyback. Can someone fix these problems? 1. Store credits not working in the store 2. Packages disappearing from buyback Resolution: The problem is unintuitive UI. Sometimes during the process, I have emptied the cart, but the package remained under the "Billing & Subscription", where I needed to cancel the previous purchase. This should be done automatically if the cart was emptied.
