On the forums I see so much cancel culture, the second anyone expresses an idea or alternative viewpoint or even concern, there are trolls rushing to cancel them with clown icons and really nasty comments. This will just put off people from voicing out or giving ideas. People should have the right to express what they like and dislike without being cancelled. The moderation on this forum focuses on behaviour but it should also include cancel culture as something that is unwanted so that ideas and, concerns and alternative viewpoints are read. It's okay to agree and disagree but it's not okay to just cancel, even if someone's idea isn't great. A lot of people have stopped posting on Spectrum because of this.
