With the very quick adoption of Spectrum from the community CIG/Turbulent should really change the Community Helpdesk link on the top right of the RSI help site to Spectrum #helpdesk instead of the old chat. The issue is that almost no one is still present in the old chat - there are maybe four to ten people online still in that channel at all times, mostly afk or asking for help. Questions remain unanswered and it makes the impression that the community and support is a wasteland. Meanwhile the new helpdesk channel has typically several hundred people online, probably more than ever before, and questions are answered relatively quickly. Changing the link should be a quick and easy enough change.
