I've had this problem from day one of Spectrum, reported it months ago and it's not been addressed. This is a big deal for me as an Org leader. I have numerous members apply to our Org, I accept them and then go to Spectrum to send them a private message and the search feature to find their name in the private message popup will not return their name. For instance: New member joined today (LtCriminal). His Dossier is active. He's on our member page. But I can't reach him in Spectrum Another member that joined this week (GhostMaXx) is in the same situation. Neither I nor other people can search them on Spectrum. Is this some kind of privacy setting on the user end making them unsearchable? If so, then it need to have an exception for Org leader/member messages being allowed by default. It's safe to assume that anyone joining an Org would want to have messages from leaders about events and such. I have noticed that a majority of people with this issue are people very new (probably the same day) to the game. People that are longer-term backers and anyone in another Org never have this problem. Please look into this ASAP. If you need more examples of people in this no-contact situation please let me know.
