Hello everybody, could Spectrum use a section for bug workarounds to facilitate finding quick solutions for certain debilitating bugs? Helpdesk-volunteers are already doing an amazing job at spectrums chat... but they are not always around, have to answer the same requests multiple times and there is no real feedbackloop. Then there is the support section for known issues at https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/sections/360002667153-Known-Issues but it has to be updated by someone at CIG and is therefore not really up to date. Information coming directly from the ingame front seems reasonable. The resulting detailed insight on workarounds might as well aid bughunting for the developers. An account reset is not an option for everybody but some bugs force you to resort to that step unless you manage to digout a workaround. At the end of the day a forum section like this helps testers keep the frustration level low and keeps them invested. Let me know what you think about this... Cheers Cmdr_Wikus
