Repeatable in Firefox Quantum 61.0 (64-bit). Create a reply post in any forum/thread and publish it. Then return to that post and select Edit from the pop-up menu. Click to place the cursor at the end of the last line. Press Enter one or more times to start a new line. Begin typing. After 3-5 characters the cursor will move on its own to the beginning/top of the text.
