update: Reproducer: 1) edit 2) use scroll bar > now controls overlay text to be edited (see red arrow) The Move up Move down tabs overlay the text being edited. Perhaps when it is a 1 line post only. So if I want to edit a word at the end of the line, or add another line., then the functions from the edit get in the way. see screen shot of text overlaid at end of line. workaround. go to middle of line to be edited and insert a <return> to split the line. Or use the [ADD TEXT] option at bottom of text box. But, the edit menu functions should never overlay the text to be worked upon. edit: I am using Win10 latest update with Chrome browser on an ASUS laptop with 1366x768 screen. Problem has been seen several times. I don't recall if my desktop also reproduces. I'll try desktop later and report results.
