I noticed on Chat when a user edits their post there is an "Edited" flag that shows something about their post changed: On the message boards (forum threads like this one) this feature is sadly lacking. I have been in conversation many times where a user has gone back to their original post to change it changing my response from something relevant to something false or incorrect. I now quote all posts I respond to so there can be no mistake, but still it has and can look like I have only partially quoted them if they add to the original post. It would be nice to have this flag on standard posts too so there can be no mistake. EDIT - Post generated 19:59pm 14/09/2019. This edit made almost immediately time is now 20:00pm - no "Edited". EDIT - EDIT - Noticed the system says post generated 19:58pm. First edit was 20:00pm and this one at 20:05pm. No "Edited". EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - Revised a line of text for clarification 20:10pm. No "Edited". EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - Editing again at 20:20pm to see if there was a 15 minute grace period before the "Edited" flag shows. EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - Nope, there was no 15min grace period. This edit was at 20:21pm, no "Edited". EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - Fresh edit at 21:15pm. No "Edited". EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - 06:50am 15/09/19. Another test edit, also to note times are in BST. No "Edited", can only assume one does not yet exist on this part of the platform.
