I have seen more than a few people complain about the difficulties of getting started. Star Citizen created a great You Tube series called "Tutorial Getting Started." I suggest embedding that series somewhere into the registration experience on the site for new players. At minimum maybe even just a link and presenting the idea that they exist to new backers. Perhaps a "Tutorial" button link on the launcher under or near "Fly Now" that links to the series. Just a thought.....
