Let me start by saying that Spectrum even in v0.3 is great and running rather well so far -- I really like what I am seeing from a user's perspective. However, from an Org leader's perspective, I am noticing the absence of a few rather essential tools for community management, which are: The ability to create additional custom user groups, so "Muted User", "Temp. kicked User", "Banned User" groups could be implemented with regards to forum/chat privileges without affecting the Org membership itself The ability to freely assign user groups to individual members directly within Spectrum, without necessarily affecting the Org membership itself; this would allow Org leaders/moderators to temporarily block an individual delinquent from using the forums or the chat without the need to immediately kick them from the Org entirely The ability to moderate users in chat by using /mute [user], /kick [user], /tempban [user] [duration] or by adding such functionality to the user's calling card that pops up when clicking a handle in chat The ability to edit user privileges individually instead of only group privileges Apart from that, administrating the forums works quite well already, but should problems arise within the community, I would definitely like to have several options available to me before I have to kick someone completely out of the organization for good.
