ATTN: Devs Im loving the guide system as a way to connect with new players. I have been a backer since 2010 and i remember what its like to be in the game and lost. At times it makes you want to quit. As a guide its been a pleasure to help smooth that out. However, alot of time and energy..even credits, go into being a guide. Connecting one on one with strangers, offering input, corrections, monetary help. Really there is a sense of accomplishement but along with that there should be a tangeable reward system. There is an amazing reward system for refferals. They bring people in by pasting a code all over twitter and other media outlets and get ships in return! They never connect, never follow up. We do the dirty work of keeping them in the game with direct consult and we get a badge that bobody can even see. Can we please get an effort based reward system that may include custom armor, ships or ship skins etc. It really would show that your not just about getting pledges but about buiding community. This has been overlooked. Ill keep guiding ayway cause i believe in the cause...and so will the other guides im sure...but all the more reason to offer us rewards that are earned. Thanks Devs.
