Hello fellow citizens Per the above, I want to make a plea as I like guiding people and helping them, but there is a key issue I am noticing and that is how many I miss due to either being on another tab or flying around in game and not noticing, which I would imagine CIG would like us to be in game and ready to help when doing guiding, so I feel it is absolutely vital for guides to know when a request comes in otherwise new players may be waiting 10 minutes for a response thats never been seen, and it is not fair to require the guide to constantly stare at their browser until one comes through. I would propose really a multi stage thing; 1. Audible alert when a request comes through 2. Browser icon flashes to show there is a notification if the browser is minimised 3. The tab says "REQUEST RECIEVED" and flashes / animates so people can see it 4. Where possible send an alert to the computer (if enabled) saying "A request to guide has been received, please check spectrum" And now I do know this is the Spectrum Feedback section, but I feel this should also translate in game, like an alert on your mobiglass and in game alerting you to a guide request so you really do not miss it. This will make the life of a guide so much easier and ensure a faster response for newer players ensuring they get the support they need in a timely manner, whilst also providing a bonus to CIG as they would be more likely especially if they are just a Free-flyer to spend money on the game too. Another thing I would like to suggest is when a guide is in an active session, that they are taken off the "available" guides list until that session ends, I have been in sessions guiding someone only to have multiple people send me requests that I cannot get to, I feel once you are in a session, you should be providing help to that one person, not trying to take tickets like a remote tech support. It would also be nice for a way to have people to "review" a guide after they end their session to have a way to track how people found their sessions as well as allowing new players to see which type of guides will match their vibe or how helpful they are, whilst acting as feedback for the guide.
