A little suggestion: We need to know when devs have seen a posted thread or not. Whether or not they interact, it's important for us to know that a dev has seen the thread and at least mentally acknowledges it. I propose a Seen Icon next to the thread much like we have for a Dev Response Icon. Seen here is just the icon where a dev response was made And here is the proposed idea for an icon where a dev has actively viewed the thread, whether or not they responded to it.
