Currently if you want to mark a bug on the issue council as a duplicate report, you need to use the Invalid category. Please separate the Duplicate indicator from the Can Reproduce / Can't Reproduce / Invalid section entirely (so that we can still vote Can Reproduce while marking it as a duplicate) Also, when reporting it as a duplicate you should have a field that you can specify the other matching reports, which should populate a list on the page. There are three problems with mixing "Duplicate" votes with Invalid: 1. It makes it look like it's not a real bug if people don't read why it got Invalid votes. (Number of times it was voted invalid shows up on the top right) 2. The later bug report may be better written or include more details / workarounds / scenarios where the bug occurs 3. All of the bug reports for a given bug could get reported as duplicates
