Will there be any updates to the way the Issue Council search and functionality will be streamlined in the near future? As the Verse is getting bigger you start to see the same questions asked again and again in different formats. I try and research and look for similar posts before I submit a report as I write them out as best I can, but because people have different perceptions on failures/faults etc. the duplicates appear. Yes I want to report Bugs if I find them but no I don't want to spend 30 mins each bug trying to source other variations of the Bug written in similar formats that the IC search feature doesn't recognise as the same issue. With the Search engine inability to be able to navigate everyone's technical issues written in different formats. Would it not be better to set a format up to address the issue. If we could have more drop down tabs with more information to direct the bugs to the correct paths like "Ship systems - Access" you won't have 4 -5 different ladder kill reports to address and bind together. I will still keep adding any issues to the Council but find the current format like "Trying to find a Needle in the Haystack".
