Just recently the Issue council link from the RSI web page gives a 403 Forbidden when using an VPN. I did not see any announcement that this was deliberate so I suspect it is a bug. It may just be me but if it's not could we get it opened up again? UPDATE: As of April 4th, 2023 I can access the issue council over a VPN. I have no indication why it started up again. The IC reports of access to the IC over VPN have all been archived.
