To put this simply there is a lack of available tools to report accounts and messages related directly to unsolicited spam. The idea is simple, add a report message/account button for when these instances occur as even attempting to find a link to report something like this is either buried, difficult to find, or non existent in the RSI website support page in the first place. as this is a spectrum related matter and appears to be spread only on spectrum, a button on spectrum itself to report messages (I would hope) would be high on the list of necessary security measures for users accessibility and safety as a whole. Attached bellow is the apparent user I can only guess is spamming accounts at random. Genuinely not sure how they found me as I very rarely actually post to even message me but I digress, there is no option to simply report this user for spam in: Direct messages (the button does not exist), in chat channels (lack of button to report to mods), on Name plate Tile to drop down text (only useful option is BLOCK, but that leaves the problem account still out in the wild), or even on his Citizen Dossier. This leaves a clear and apparent hole in users ability to bring these accounts to light with these features absent (at least in a quick, efficient, and easy format). If a moderator would be so kind to A) please take care of this account and his random spamming. and B) the spectrum development team please take my suggestion to heart so it isnt so difficult for even long term users to simply report problems like this from the spectrum subsection of the website itself.
