Every time I go on the "Organization/recruitment" it's the same 5 massive orgs smothering little orgs into the ground. I noticed they post, they wait until someone else posts, and then IMMEDIATELY post again. They do this every day all day and cover the screen with their orgs while smaller orgs have little chance to recruit as it is harder for them to get icons, ads/posters, and the amount of content as a well-established org. In the forums, you should be able to tag/sort by "large" or "small" org based on what you want as well. Large orgs shouldn't dominate the chats just because they have more people/resources to put out more ads. That is all.
