Hello, After reviewing the latest comments I went back and looked at the schedule webpage and I have to say I don't think it communicates what CIG intends. Instead of reading as and experimental alpha estimated schedule it reads as a full blown schedule with hard deadlines. All the text and images. Please reconsider your wording, lack of and placement. Most of the references to "estimate" are BURIED under TLDR like caveats and are sparse. You use power words like "Schedule" and "Report" where you should just be using "Experimental", "Alpha", "Estimate". Images have dates on them that do not contain the word "Estimate" in a title or after each tasks date range text...etc.. For the schedule images I think it would be effective to change this schedule image to bluntly communicate the schedule is an "Estimate". I recommend the following changes: 1. Add a title to the top that contains the word estimate, alpha and goals. 2. Add the word estimate after every tasks date range text. Including the 3 delivery stages. Do not use a * and put it in the footer. 3. Add a footer item that contains a html address that leads to an explanation of the schedule which will contain a video, see item 4 below, that interviews the scheduling process. 4. Make an AtV that entirely covers the schedule. I think people will enjoy it. Record actual meetings over a month from several departments. Show employees submitting their schedule, departments... etc. I have included a sample edited image of the website that is very BLUNT using title change and OVERLAYS. The point is the schedule page could do a better job managing expectations. You do not need to be using words like schedule and report just avoid them.
