I like the format of spectrum but currently it seems a bit empty. I am thinking the best way to encourage people to use it more would be to link the existing forum database into spectrum to create a mirrored system where posts on the forums are accessible from spectrum and vice versa. Currently spectrum just doesn't do much or have much content and as long as the old forum database remains isolated people are probably going to just continue their threads on the forums instead of testing out spectrum until such a time as they are shut down. If spectrum and the old forums sync their databases it allows easier switching as players would be able to continue posting to existing threads from spectrum with no loss of continuity
