Here to report a Spectrum bug: if you have set a region under your user profile's location information section and view the profile of a user who has not set a region under their location information, Spectrum will incorrectly display your own region on their profile. E.g., if I set my profile to United States, Arkansas and view the profile of someone who has set their profile to Country: Germany and not specified a Region, I will see their Location as "Germany, Arkansas".
