Posting here since I can't find a specific section for RSI website feedback on Spectrum... Issue with the mailing service: Exchanging the Greycat PTV for 15,000 UEC added that amount of UEC to my account but the resulting confirmation email says the pledge item was converted to store credit and that I have received $15.00 USD in store credit, which isn't the case. Screenshot attached below.
