Thats where constructive posts are moved to die. Mods move posts from general there before the thread matures and people gets involved in the threads.. Almost noone visit that forum and I doubt devs ever go there and if they do they are presented by halffinished ideas that could have been so much better if the community had the chance to discuss those ideas further. In my opinion it would be better to keep idea posts in general so ideas could mature and instead create a forum CIG you suckZ where whineposts are moved instead of having those posts mature in general (which is the forum most ppl go to).
