I've noticed that, despite being the emoji I use most often, this (and other) emojis disappear from my frequently used list when I log out. At one point I thought the emoji had been removed in response to community requests that those with negative connotations be restricted, but then I eventually found it again buried much further down the available emoji list than I remember it originally being. I'm using the latest version of Chrome on a desktop PC, fwtw.
