I have a weird situation and for the life of me I can't figure it out.... Only on my Microsoft Surface 3 tablet device is this happening... In Spectrum Chat, it is extremely slow and I often get Page Unresponsive errors from Chrome. If my cursor is in the chat entry window, I rarely can tell, and anything I type in that window I can't see, but eventually (30+seconds later) it MAY end up on the chat discussion. The chat discussion itself crawls at a snails pace. On my notebook PC which is 6 years older, running same browser, same internet etc, it's very responsive and no issues! On my Tablet, I've tried the following: • Restart (Didn't matter) • Reinstalled Chrome (Didn't matter) • Tried both 32bit and 64bit Chrome (Didn't matter) • Used another browser (MS Edge) <-- Same exact issues as with Chrome (Didn't matter) • Enable/disabled hardware acceleration in Chrome (didn't matter) • Spectrum Options Embedded media was disabled. (Didn't make a difference) All of the above makes me feel it's something funky going on with the device itself. Does Spectrum use JAVA? Are there some other updates I should make on the tablet itself to make it work nicely with Spectrum. As it stands now, no other browsers on the device make any difference, it's just the same result. Yet, on a totally different, 6 year older tech notebook, I have absolutely no issues. Can anyone throw a bone on this?
