People spamming pointless stuff, channels are not on topic, immature useless content in masses The whole Spectrum experience is way too spammy and chatty. Most channels are rarely on topic making it meaningless to try to use them for what they are supposed to be intended for. The MASSIVE emphasis on emotes and visuals basically turns the whole thing into a LOLZ meme-fest where any valueable contribution gets drowned. Turning everything into a real time chat where "anything goes" just feels like a really, really bad idea - especially considering the huge numbers of players. It incentives garbage content, feels completely disorganized and makes me feel like I am completely wasting my time here. Although the GUI looks promising visually, I hate Spectrum already. There are more significant issues in the big picture of where CIG seems to be heading with Spectrum (terrible org security) that makes me feel like CIG has completely misjudged what is actually needed. CIG, your whole product vision for Spectrum is really off. Please, please reevaluate and find out what is actually needed before you spend any more time "improving" this.
