Why do pictures need a box around them? Why can't they be embedded and sized properly? It makes use of pictures an issue that could easily be fixed by removing those overly structured boxes and resizing done to them. Surely there can be a better way to handle inline images that aren't intended to be a gallery. Just check out the recruitment forums for examples on how bad it looks.
