I think it would be a good idea to feature the Spectrum Rules more prominently on Spectrum. I'm seeing more comments being moderated and I feel that people likely need to be reminded of the forum rules but they currently seem hidden. The only Spectrum Forum rules I can find are on (Forum>Announcements>Website Rules & Standard of Conduct). These rules are the 13th and last pinned comment in the Announcements forum section and hasn't been updated in 6 years. I attempted to find the Spectrum rules yesterday by searching "rules" in the Spectrum search and had to dig through threads to find a user post from last year that reported a similar issue in the feedback section regarding the rules being hard to find: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/4/thread/move-spectrum-rules-guidelines
