As a backer since 2014, I've seen CIG & Star Citizen go through many changes, both good & bad. There is a lot that can be excused for one reason or another, this isn't one of them. The RSI website, especially the My Hangar page, is absolutely unacceptable. It has remained unchanged for years and lacking VERY BASIC features. You can't search, you can't index, you can't even properly view. We don't even have a way to change our credit card information without going 95% of the way through the purchase process. These are BASIC THINGS either missing or broken on your site. A large number of people (including myself) use the site ccugame.app to keep track of our purchases, fleet, CCU's, etc. EVERY feature on this site should already be included on the RSI website & more. The pledge store pages were finally renovated but not all changes were improvements. It now takes more effort to make settings changes than it did before as we have to go back to the 'dashboard' before we can access what we want. This is inexcusable. Over 10 years, $800 million dollars, hundreds of employees, and you can't properly design the website for the people who are paying for the entire bloody thing? There's truly no excuse for this one CIG. This is a simple thing to fix that you have the means to take care of. But for reasons that are beyond me, you lacked the willpower to make the changes the players have been BEGGING for, for years now. Do better CIG.
